The Larksworth Group provides management resources to maximise the rental and capital performance of client’s assets including property management, estate management, personnel and payroll services, investment & asset management.

Our Story

The Larksworth Group was founded by Stuart Richman in 2002 after obtaining over thirteen years in a Plc environment. 

During his former employment, Stuart was part of a team of four surveyors responsible to the board of directors on all asset management matters for a £200m mixed portfolio, as well as advising on acquisitions and disposals. 

During this time, he developed and implemented a clear asset management strategy and business plan for the team and assets.

He was responsible for the financial performance of assets and controlled the rent review and lease expiry programmes of the portfolio, with consistent out-performance of valuation benchmarks.
